This place is a lovely old hotel that's been well-maintained. The staff here are super efficient. However, they could definitely be more attentive when it comes to customer service. 🏨

The hotel is fairly clean with delightful breakfasts and superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff. The room is reasonably priced. The location is good, decent, and close to bus transportation and other better restaurants, as well as the opera 

The hotel is fancy with amiable staff in a great location. The room is nicely styled, sufficiently large, and comes with fresh flowers, a breathtaking view, and a TV. The check-in process was very quick, and the customer service was great. Parking on the street is easy. a 

I must comment on its central location - it was fab.

Perfect location within walking distance of Tenderloin, Chinatown, and Union Square. Staff members are knowledgeable and provide great customer service.

Fab location to the bus transportation or whatever it's still risky in broad daylight. Next to restaurants, and the airport. Nice styled and sufficiently large units and superfriendly staff that do n't care enough to provide even

👍 Nice building and rooms with air conditioning. The staff is efficient, but they could ramp up their customer service game a bit.

Convenient location, with nearby coffee shop and bar. Pleasant surprise with evening wine tasting and live music. Beautiful design, comfortable furniture and beds in proper-sized rooms. Complementary wine tasting in lobby.
